Discharge Folder

Since it is made of paper, the ID number, patient name, discharge date, notes, etc. can be written directly on the folder itself.
The bottom width (gusset) can be adjusted up to 40 mm to suit the thickness of the medical records.
The flap (fold) prevents the medical record from falling out.
