Please order one gift wrapping item per order.
All items in your order will be wrapped in one bag.
If you order gift wrapping and your billing address and shipping address are different, the invoice and "Free gift with purchase of XX yen or more" will not be included.
(The delivery note and detailed statement will be the shipping notification email that we send you when the product is shipped.)
We will package your order according to its shape and size.
You cannot choose the type of bag (non-woven gift bag or OPP bag), color (red only), or size.
If there are only a few bumps when stacking multiple items, we will wrap them in a flat OPP bag. (Examples: notebooks, bag-in-bag items)

() The length in brackets is the length below the ribbon part.
The ribbon ties make it even smaller so it can fit inside a non-woven bag.
Depending on the shape and size of the product, we may not be able to wrap it even if it is within the maximum wrapping size listed above.
In this case, we will contact you regarding refunds of wrapping fees or order cancellation, so please check your emails from after placing your order until the shipping notification.
